Job description
Moneytrans is currently looking for an Operator/Sales representative to reinforce the teams in the city of Brussels, during the week and at weekends.
Detailed content of the proposed function:
- Encoding of money transfer transactions in a program designed for this purpose;
- Execution of foreign exchange cash transactions via a program designed for this purpose;
- Execution of payment transactions on accounts via a programme provided for this purpose;
- Sale of various items (telephone cards, lotteries, transport tickets, etc.);
- Keeping a sub-cash register;
- Canvassing customers on the premises and in the ethnic districts;
- Participation in the organisation of commercial events for the diaspora public.
The operator is supervised and assisted in the performance of his tasks by a branch manager who manages the branch and the main cash desk, who is himself under the control and authority of a retail network manager and internal controllers. For any problem posed by a customer concerning any operation, the operator can also count on the support of a dedicated customer service department.
Your profile
- You have experience in a similar role or in a similar multicultural environment or at least you have a taste for customer contact and diversity;
- You are dynamic, have a strong sense of responsibility and want to participate in the development of a company in the financial technology sector (“Fintech”) in full expansion;
- You are fluent in French and have a very good working knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish or other languages common in Belgium is a real plus;
- You have a very good contact with customers and very good commercial skills;
- You like commercial challenges and are prepared to be paid partly on the basis of your results.
